  I don't like leaving bad reviews but this golf course was bad. We were really looking forward to playing the course, we had taken a day off work and I hadn't played there before. The course is located in a beautiful location and should be a jewel in the Cheshire crown, sadly not.
  The tee beds were dry and mostly dead, the fairways were in need of a cut but worst of all were the greens, they were in a terrible state state, patchy, bare patches, long in places and dandelions growing on the fringes.
  It looks like the club is struggling for money but if you don't invest in the course and make it playable then you will only go one way I'm afraid.
  I won't be visiting again sadly.
